Dr. Larry LinderLarry Linder, M.D.,
Medical Director, Chief Medical Officer, Senior Vice President

Dr. Linder received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed an emergency medicine residency at the Medical Center of Delaware. Dr. Linder was a fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Physicians and of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He is also board certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and is a diplomat of the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Anne Arundel County Medical Society and the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of Maryland.



 

Dr. KleinJoel Klein, M.D.,
Assistant Medical Director

Dr. Klein is an assistant director of the Department of Emergency Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas and completed an internship and residency in emergency medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore as well as a masters’ degree in Medical Ethics at the University of Washington. Dr. Klein is board certified in emergency medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and the American Academy of Emergency Medicine. He chairs BWMC’s ethics committee and Health Information Management committee and co-chairs the Medical Staff section of BWMC’s Delivering the Future Capital Campaign. He serves as an alternate councilor in Maryland ACEP and is an active member of the legislative and policy branch of ACEP. 

 


 

Dr. VibhakarNeel Vibhakar, M.D.,
Assistant Medical Director

Dr. Vibhakar is an assistant director of the Department of Emergency Medicine. He earned his medical degree from Medical College of Pennsylvania-Hahnemann University in Philadelphia and completed an internship and residency in emergency medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Vibhakar is board certified in emergency medicine. He chairs the hospital-wide Annual Fall Medical Symposium and the Sepsis Task Force, is a member of the Medical Staff Quality Improvement Committee, and heads the Physician Assistant staff of the emergency department.
