Vital Medical Services Coming to West County
recently broke ground on a multispecialty office building that will bring vital medical services to the area. It is intended to include primary care physicians, cardiologists, dermatologists, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, diagnostic imaging, lab services and a pharmacy.
“Western Anne Arundel County is growing fast, and the medical center is committed to meeting our community’s needs,” says James York, MD, an orthopedic surgeon and president of the BWMC medical staff. “This new medical building will provide people with the access they deserve to the full spectrum of medical specialties.”
The building, which is scheduled to open in early 2009, is located across the street from Arundel Mills Mall and less than 15 minutes from BWMC’s campus.
