Dr. Dughly is the Chairman of the Neurology Department at Baltimore Washington Medical Center and received his Medical Degree from the University of Damascus in Damascus, Syria. He completed his residency in neurology at the Medical College of Pennsylvania and also completed residencies in surgery, psychiatry and neurology at RUHR University, St. Barbara Hospital and St. Vincenz Hospital in West Germany. He completed a fellowship in neuroelectrophysiology at Wilmington and Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia and one in sleep disorders at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.

Dr. Dughly is board certified in vascular neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, the American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology, the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine, the American Board of Sleep Disorders, the American Board of Pain Medicine and the American Board of Neuroimaging. He is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Medical Association, the German Society for EEG and EMG and the American Association of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He is also a Member of the American Sleep Disorders Association, American Electroencephalographic Society, the Midwest Neurological Association and the Upper Midwest Sleep Association.

Dr. Oh received his Medical Degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in Missouri.  He completed his residency in Neurology at University of Maryland Medical Center where he was Neurology Chief Resident.  A fellowship was also completed at University of Maryland Medical Center in Multiple Sclerosis/Neuroimmunology and an internship at Mercy Medical Center, Baltimore, MD.

Dr. Oh is a Member of American Academy of Neurology and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Miller received his Medical Degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. He completed his residency in Neurology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he was chief resident. Dr. Miller also completed a fellowship in Electromyography and Electroencephalography at West Virginia University.

Dr. Miller is board certified by the American Board of Neurology, a Member of the American Medical Association, and the American Academy of Neurology.

Dr. Mody received his Medical Degree from Gujerat University in Ahmedabad, India. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the V.S. General Hospital in Ahmedabad, India and another in Neurology at the Metropolitan Hospital Center at New York Medical College.

Dr. Mody is a Junior Member of the American Academy of Neurology, a Member of the American Medical Association and the Indian Medical Association.
