If you are interested in adopting a healthier lifestyle, you can now take advantage of BWMC's yoga, pilates or personal fitness training. All classes are offered on the medical center's campus. Yoga & Pilates:
Yoga provides improved flexibility, strength, coordination and concentration by providing a means of reducing stress and relaxing the body and mind. Pilates provides improved flexibility, coordination and stamina by focusing on strengthening the abdominal core. Participants are asked to wear loose, comfortable clothing and to bring their own yoga mat.
