Russell DeLuca, M.D.

Dr. DeLuca is the chief of oncology at Baltimore Washington Medical Center and serves as the medical director for the Hospice of the Chesapeake. He is also a clinical assistant professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.He received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey at Rutgers Medical School in Piscataway, New Jersey and conducted his internship and residency there.

Dr. DeLuca completed a fellowship in medical oncology and hematology at the University of Maryland Cancer Center in Baltimore. He is board certified in hematology and hospice and pallative medicine, and is a member of the American College of Physicians-Fellow, American Society of Clinical Oncology, American Society of Hematology and the Maryland & D.C. Society of Clinical Oncology.

Dr. Ohnmacht earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Houston Medical School and completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in general surgery as well as cardiothoracic surgery. Dr. Ohnmacht is board certified and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Association of Chest Physicians.

Dr. Gamliel received his medical degree from the University of Toronto School of Medicine. He completed his residency in general and thoracic surgery at the University of Toronto and completed fellowships in surgical critical care at Harvard Medical School and in lung transplantation at the University of Toronto.

He is an assistant professor of surgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and director of the Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Dr. Gamliel is certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners, and the American Board of Surgery, General Care and Surgical Critical Care. He is also a member of several professional medical societies, including the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the Society of Thoracic Surgeons.

Dr. Gorbaty earned his medical degree at State University of New York, Downtown Medical Center. He completed an internal medicine residency at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, D.C. and completed a medical oncology fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Dr. Gorbaty is board certified by the American Board of Medical Oncology, the American Board of Internal Medicine and the National Board of Medical Examiners. After obtaining his undergraduate degree in Pittsburgh, PA, Dr. Kasamon received his medical education at Temple University
School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA.

After moving to Massachusetts for training in internal medicine at Boston University, he returned to Baltimore to complete
fellowship training in hematology and medical oncology at the University of Maryland Greenebaum Cancer Center in Baltimore.

Dr. Kasamon is board certified in internal medicine, hematology, and medical oncology by the ABIM. He is an active member of
American College Physicians, American Association of Cancer Research, American Society of Hematology, and American

Dr. Markan earned his medical degree from the Government Medical College in India. He then completed his residency in the Department of Internal Medicine at Prince George's Hospital Center and completed his fellowship in the sub-speciality of hematology and medical oncology at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Markan is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Medical Oncology. He holds memberships in the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Medical Association, and the Maryland Society of Clinical Oncologists.

Dr. Nimmagadda earned her medical degree from Guntur Medical College, Nagarjuna University in India and completed her residency at Harbor Hospital Center. She then completed fellowships in hematology/oncology at the University of Maryland Greenebaum Cancer Center and Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Nimmagadda is board certified in internal medicine, hematology, and medical oncology and is a member of American College Physicians, American Society of Hematology, American Society of Clinical Oncology, and the Southwest Oncology Group.


Singh

Mitch Oh, M.D.
Radiation Oncologist, Tate Cancer Center

Dr. Oh has served as a radiation oncologist at Baltimore Washington Medical Center for the past three years and will serve as the primary radiation oncologist at the Tate Cancer Center. He received his Medical Degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and completed his internship at Harbor Hospital in Baltimore. Dr. Oh completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.

He is board certified in radiology and is a member of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, the American Medical Association, the Mid-Atlantic Society of Radiation Oncologists and the Radiologic Society of North America.

Dr. Harvinder Singh is a fellowship trained medical oncologist and hematologist who completed his medical degree at the University of Delhi in New Delhi, India, his internal medicine residency at State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn, New York and his hematology, medical oncology and bone marrow transplant fellowships at Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City.

An assistant professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Dr. Singh is board certified in medical oncology, hematology and internal medicine and is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
